En Rekluti, consultora especializada en talento tecnológico en LATAM, buscamos Técnico Core Bancario Legacy (Canales / Transaccional) para impulsar los proyectos de software a gran escala de nuestros principales clientes internacionales.

Resumen

Buscamos un/a profesional técnico/a enfocado/a en el mantenimiento y desarrollo de aplicaciones sobre plataformas legacy transaccionales de alto volumen. El rol se desempeñará en modalidad Remoto (con posibilidad de movilización a Costa Rica según requerimientos del proyecto).

Tus principales desafíos:

  • Programar y analizar componentes de software sobre la plataforma legacy Unisys (MCP) para garantizar el rendimiento en canales electrónicos.
  • Atender requerimientos e incidentes críticos bajo ventanas de servicio y esquemas de disponibilidad 7 x 4 x 365.
  • Asegurar el correcto procesamiento de protocolos transaccionales complejos como NDC+, ISO 8583 y BASE24.
  • Documentar procesos y registrar evidencias técnicas cumpliendo rigurosamente con los estándares de calidad del cliente institucional.

Hard Skills (Requisitos Excluyentes):

  • Formación académica: Tercer año universitario aprobado como mínimo en Ciencias de la Computación o carrera afín.
  • Certificaciones vigentes: Certificación en Scrum (ej. Foundations, SFC, SMC, ICP) y certificación en DevOps (ej. DevOps Foundation, DASA o DEPC).
  • Experiencia técnica sólida en plataforma Unisys MCP (v62 o superior), base de datos DMSII (v62 o superior) y Work Flow Language (WFL).
  • Dominio de lenguajes y herramientas: COBOL74, COBOL85, ALGOL y Custom Connect Facility (CCF).
  • Conocimiento avanzado de protocolos de canales bancarios y transaccionales: NDC+, ISO 8583 y BASE24.
  • Experiencia comprobable en los últimos 5 años en al menos un proyecto de desarrollo/mantenimiento aplicando el stack técnico completo.

  • Comunicación Asertiva: Habilidad para transmitir soluciones técnicas complejas de forma clara, con redacción impecable para la documentación requerida.
  • Proactividad y Autonomía: Capacidad para abordar ventanas de servicio e incidentes complejos con resolución rápida e independiente.
  • Trabajo Colaborativo: Capacidad para integrarse efectivamente a células que trabajan bajo metodologías ágiles (Scrum) y prácticas DevOps.
