Concreet ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Marktpositie en thought leadership: Je bent zichtbaar in de markt. Klanten,directie, partners en collega's zien jou als een inhoudelijke sparringpartner die weet wat er beweegt binnen het HR-, payroll- en digitale ecosysteem. Je bouwt actief aan relaties, volgt trends op de voet en helpt de organisatie anticiperen op wat morgen belangrijk wordt.
  • P&L-verantwoordelijkheid: Je draagt verantwoordelijkheid voor omzet, marge en rendabiliteit en stuurt op duurzame groei en resultaat.
  • Portfolio- & productstrategie: Je bepaalt welke producten, diensten en proposities we ontwikkelen, versterken of afbouwen en bewaakt de strategische roadmap en go-to-marketstrategie.
  • Waardepropositie & commerciële ontwikkeling: Je versterkt onze marktpositie, detecteert commerciële opportuniteiten en ondersteunt strategische klant- en groeitrajecten.
  • Innovatie & business development: Je verkent nieuwe technologieën, partnerships en businessmodellen en vertaalt deze naar concrete businessopportuniteiten.
  • Stakeholdermanagement & alignment: Je creëert alignment tussen business, technology, operations en sales en bouwt draagvlak voor strategische keuzes.

  • Strategische denker: Je beschikt over een masterdenkniveau of gelijkwaardige ervaring en vertaalt complexe vraagstukken naar heldere keuzes en een duidelijke koers.
  • Businessleider: Je hebt ruime ervaring in business-, product- of portfoliomanagement of een strategische leiderschapsrol.
  • P&L-verantwoordelijke: Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met P&L-verantwoordelijkheid, businesscases en investeringsbeslissingen.
  • Groeiversneller: Je hebt ervaring met het ontwikkelen van nieuwe opportuniteiten, producten, proposities of markten.
  • Markt- & technologiegericht: Je begrijpt hoe je marktbehoeften vertaalt naar klantwaarde en commercieel succes en hebt ervaring binnen software, SaaS, technologie of dienstverlening, bij voorkeur binnen HR en payroll.
  • Verbinder: Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Frans en weet stakeholders op verschillende niveaus mee te nemen in jouw visie.
