Atuar no controle, organização e execução dos processos de logística reversa, garantindo o retorno adequado de produtos, trocas, devoluções e descarte conforme políticas da empresa, assegurando eficiência operacional e satisfação do cliente.

Principais Atividades

Atendimento ao Cliente

Receber e conferir produtos devolvidos por clientes ou parceiros

Registrar entradas de devoluções em sistema

Analisar o estado dos produtos (avarias, validade, condições de uso)

Classificar itens para: reestoque, troca, conserto ou descarte

Controlar prazos e processos de troca e devolução

Emitir relatórios de devoluções e ocorrências

Apoiar na organização do estoque de itens retornados

Separar e encaminhar produtos para assistência técnica ou descarte adequado

Auxiliar no controle de indicadores de logística reversa

Manter contato com áreas internas (vendas, financeiro, atendimento) para resolução de ocorrências

Garantir que os processos estejam de acordo com as políticas internas e normas ambientais

Requisitos

Escolaridade:

Ensino médio completo (desejável curso técnico ou superior em Logística ou áreas afins)

Experiência:

Experiência prévia em logística, estoque ou áreas administrativas será um diferencial

Conhecimentos Técnicos:

Noções de logística e controle de estoque

Informática básica (Excel, sistemas ERP)

Conhecimento em processos de devolução e troca

Competências Comportamentais

Organização e atenção aos detalhes

Proatividade

Boa comunicação

Senso de responsabilidade

Trabalho em equipe

Agilidade na resolução de problemas
