  • Set up service stations, replenish product displays, and maintain appropriate product presentation, including proper separation of allergens.
  • Weigh, label, package, and serve products according to department standards.
  • Process guest transactions accurately and follow established cash-handling procedures.
  • Maintain product freshness and proper rotation by following First In, First Out (FIFO) practices and ensuring items are appropriately dated.
  • Assist with receiving, organizing, and replenishing products and supplies as needed.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked workstations throughout the shift.
  • Provide exceptional guest service by answering questions, communicating product information, and supporting an efficient service experience.

Cross-Department Operations & Standards

  • Transition between catering and QSR responsibilities based on business volume, seasonal demand, and direction from department leadership.
  • Collaborate with the Catering and QSR teams to support daily operational priorities and ensure continuity of service.
  • Follow Eataly’s food quality, food safety, health, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate order information and communicate any discrepancies, delays, or operational concerns to the appropriate team members.
  • Follow established procedures for food handling, storage, labeling, cleaning, and equipment use.
  • Maintain a professional, guest-focused approach when interacting with customers, coworkers, and other departments.
  • Perform other duties as required or assigned.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
