Bei Eat Happy legen wir größten Wert auf kompromisslose Frische bei den Zutaten und Gerichten. Deshalb bieten wir Ihnen liebevoll handgemachtes Sushi und viele andere asiatische Spezialitäten an. Diese werden direkt vor Ihren Augen in den Filialen und Supermärkten in ganz Deutschland zubereitet.

Wir suchen einen Project Manager Operational Excellence (m/w/d) für die Leitung von Operational-Excellence-Projekten von Analyse bis Umsetzung, inklusive nachhaltiger Verankerung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen zur Optimierung von Umsatz und Kosten.

DAS ERWARTET DICH:

  • Systematische Analyse und Identifikation von Effizienz- und Optimierungspotenzialen zur nachhaltigen Steigerung der operativen Exzellenz bei der EatHappy
  • Quantitative Bewertung von Initiativen (Umsatz- und Kosteneffekte) inkl. Entwicklung fundierter Business Cases und Entscheidungsgrundlagen
  • Konzeption, Pilotierung und Skalierung von Soll-Prozessen sowie Weiterentwicklung des EatHappy-Betriebssystems (u.a. Strategische Ausrichtung, Organisations- und Strukturentwicklung, Digitalisierung, Automatisierung, Einsatz von KI)
  • Konzeption und Moderation von Workshops sowie Entwicklung und Durchführung von Trainings zur Befähigung der Organisation
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit zentralen Funktionen sowie adressatengerechte Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit Stakeholdern bis auf C-Level
  • Klare und strukturierte Vermittlung von komplexen Inhalten und Verbesserungsideen sowie aktives Vorantreiben der Umsetzung in der Organisation (überzeugendes Storytelling)

DAS BRINGST DU MIT:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (z. B. Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, oder vergleichbar)
  • 3 - 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Operational Excellence, gerne in der Unternehmensberatung oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Leitung und Umsetzung von Transformations- und Optimierungsprojekten, sowie hohe Zahlenaffinität und sicher im Aufbau und Bewertung von Business Cases
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Stakeholder-Management-Skills zur klaren Vermittlung von Inhalten und wirksamen Steuerung von Entscheidungsprozessen
  • Starke Umsetzungsorientierung („Hands-on“-Mentalität) gepaart mit strategischem Denkvermögen
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
