Eat Happy ist ein junges Unternehmen, gegründet im Jahr 2013. Seitdem sind wir rasant gewachsen. Wir eröffneten zahlreiche Shops in vielen Regionen Deutschlands. Unsere Shops befinden sich innerhalb großer Supermärkte wie: REWE, EDEKA, HIT, Tegut, Marktkauf.

Hier bei Eat Happy konzentrieren wir uns auf die unabdingbare Frische unserer Zutaten und Gerichten. Deshalb bieten wir dir unsere mit Liebe zubereiteten Sushis und eine Menge anderer asiatischen Spezialitäten an. Diese werden vor deinen Augen im Supermarkt frisch zubereitet.

Wir suchen ab sofort einen

Studentische Aushilfe / Aushilfe (m/w/d) – Executive, Culture & Project Support

für unser Headquarter auf den Kölner Ringen

DAS ERWARTET DICH:

  • Unterstützung im administrativen und organisatorischen Tagesgeschäft
  • Organisation und Buchung von Geschäftsreisen (Flüge, Hotels, Bahn, Transfers)
  • Termin- und Kalenderkoordination
  • Vorbereitung von Meetings, Präsentationen und Unterlagen
  • Unterstützung bei Leadership-Events, internen Veranstaltungen und Culture-Initiativen
  • Koordination des Filmteams sowie Abstimmung mit internen und externen Ansprechpartnern
  • Nachhalten von To-dos, Fristen und offenen Aufgaben
  • Unterstützung bei Merchandise, Mitarbeiteraktionen und Brand-Experience-Projekten
  • Newslettererstellung

  • Zuverlässige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Eigeninitiative und proaktives Mitdenken
  • Gute Kommunikations- und Koordinationsfähigkeit
