Als onderhoudstechnieker binnen Eaton in Sint-Niklaas ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhouden, verbeteren en optimaliseren van onze productie-installaties. Je werkt in een omgeving waar veiligheid, kwaliteit en samenwerking centraal staan. Door storingen snel en doeltreffend aan te pakken en verbeteringen voor te stellen, help je mee om onze productieprocessen maximaal performant te houden.

  • Je staat in voor het analyseren en oplossen van storingen aan ons machinepark en zorgt voor snelle en efficiënte interventies om productiestilstanden te beperken.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met productie-supervisors en operatoren en draagt actief bij aan een veilige en efficiënte werkomgeving.
  • Je voert preventief onderhoud uit volgens het onderhoudsplan en denkt mee na over verbeteringen, vervangingen en revisies van machines en werkmethodes.
  • Je bent betrokken bij de installatie, opstart en eventuele verhuis van nieuwe machines en productielijnen.
  • Je beheert de voorraad van onderdelen en gereedschappen zodat interventies steeds vlot kunnen verlopen.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat technische documentatie van machines en installaties correct en up-to-date blijft.
  • Je onderhoudt contacten met leveranciers en machinebouwers en werkt mee aan de aankoop en ontwikkeling van nieuwe technische oplossingen.
  • Je ondersteunt supervisors en operatoren met jouw technische kennis en expertise.
  • Je bewaakt de onderhouds- en herstellingskosten en draagt bij aan een efficiënt beheer van het onderhoudsbudget.

Je hebt het ideale profiel als je:

✔ Een bachelor Elektromechanica hebt of gelijkwaardige ervaring kan voorleggen ✔ Minstens 5 jaar ervaring hebt in een technische functie binnen een productieomgeving ✔ Kennis hebt van PLC's; ervaring met pneumatica, TPM, Lean of 8D is een plus ✔ Technische uitdagingen graag analyseert en oplost ✔ Graag samenwerkt en kennis deelt met collega's ✔ Communicatief, flexibel en stressbestendig bent ✔ Een hands-on mentaliteit combineert met een gestructureerde aanpak ✔ Nederlands en Engels beheerst
