Die EAX e-technology GmbH ist Spezialist für Automatisierung, Elektroengineering und individuelle Steuerungslösungen. Wir begleiten unsere Kunden von der Planung über den Schaltschrankbau bis zur Inbetriebnahme und entwickeln innovative, praxisnahe Lösungen für den Serien- und Sondermaschinenbau.

Als SPS-Programmierer/in – Automatisierungstechnik (m/w/d) entwickelst und programmierst du intelligente Steuerungslösungen für moderne Maschinen und Produktionsanlagen. Du begleitest unsere Projekte von der Softwareentwicklung über die Inbetriebnahme bis zur Optimierung und gestaltest gemeinsam mit unserem Team innovative Automatisierungslösungen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Entwicklung und Programmierung von SPS-Steuerungen für kundenspezifische Serien- und Sondermaschinen
  • Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Steuerungssoftware, insbesondere mit Siemens TIA Portal
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von HMI-Bedienoberflächen und Visualisierungssystemen
  • Programmierung und Integration von Antriebstechnik, Sensorik und industriellen Kommunikationsschnittstellen
  • Durchführung von Softwaretests, Funktionsprüfungen und Inbetriebnahmen im Haus sowie bei unseren Kunden
  • Systematische Fehlersuche, Analyse und Optimierung bestehender Steuerungsprogramme
  • Erstellung und Pflege von strukturierten Softwaredokumentationen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Elektroengineering, Schaltschrankbau und Montage
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung unserer Softwarestandards und Automatisierungslösungen
  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungstechnik, Mechatronik oder Informatik (Lehre, HTL, FH oder vergleichbare Ausbildung)
  • Kenntnisse in der SPS-Programmierung, idealerweise mit Siemens TIA Portal
  • Grundlegendes Verständnis für elektrische Steuerungen, industrielle Automatisierungssysteme und technische Abläufe
  • Interesse an Softwareentwicklung, modernen Technologien und innovativen Automatisierungslösungen
  • Analytisches Denken und eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Selbstständigkeit, Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Teamfähigkeit und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen technischen Fachbereichen
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Bereitschaft zu projektbezogenen Inbetriebnahmen bei unseren Kunden
  • Führerschein B
