Ihre Aufgaben

Instandhaltung & Störungsbehebung

  • Instandhaltung, Wartung und Inspektion unserer Produktions- und Betriebsanlagen
  • Selbstständige Analyse und Behebung elektrischer und technischer Störungen
  • Durchführung und Begleitung von Inbetriebnahmen
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Anlagenverfügbarkeit und eines störungsfreien Produktionsablaufs

Anlagenbetrieb & Produktion

  • Bedienung, Überwachung und Steuerung der KTL-Beschichtungsanlage
  • Überwachung relevanter Anlagen- und Prozessparameter
  • Durchführung bzw. Begleitung der betrieblichen Abwasserbehandlung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Qualitätssicherung und weiteren technischen Bereichen

Prozessoptimierung & Dokumentation

  • Mitarbeit bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Anlagen, Arbeitsabläufen und technischen Prozessen
  • Dokumentation durchgeführter Wartungs-, Instandhaltungs- und Reparaturarbeiten
  • Aktive Weitergabe von Fachwissen und Unterstützung der Kolleginnen und Kollegen bei technischen Fragestellungen

Sicherheit & Verantwortung

  • Einhaltung der Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Unfallverhütungsvorschriften
  • Sicherstellung von Ordnung und Sauberkeit im eigenen Verantwortungsbereich
  • Übernahme von Bereitschaftsdiensten

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Betriebselektrik, Mechatronik oder vergleichbar
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in einem produzierenden Industrieunternehmen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der elektrischen Instandhaltung von Produktions- und Betriebsanlagen
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Siemens SPS von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung mit KTL-Anlagen, Oberflächentechnik oder industriellen Beschichtungsanlagen von Vorteil
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis und lösungsorientiertes Denken
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamfähigkeit
  • Bereitschaft, eigenes Fachwissen an Kolleginnen und Kollegen weiterzugeben
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit und zur Übernahme von Bereitschaftsdiensten
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse
