  • Develop growth strategies: Create and implement sales plans to expand adoption of products and services among academic institutions, healthcare organizations, and corporate customers.
  • Build strategic relationships: Establish and maintain strong connections with key decision-makers, including librarians, information specialists, procurement managers, clinicians, executives, faculty members, and knowledge managers.
  • Drive direct sales engagement: Generate sales activity through telephone outreach, virtual meetings, product demonstrations, and consistent follow-up with prospective and existing customers.
  • Understand market competition: Monitor competitive offerings, identify customer needs, and position products effectively to differentiate solutions and win business.
  • Customize customer solutions: Collaborate with relevant teams to tailor product offerings and pricing to the needs of new and existing accounts.
  • Maintain sales processes and tools: Use account management systems and sales tools to track opportunities, manage customer relationships, and support informed sales decisions.
  • Collaborate across teams: Coordinate with sales support, outside sales, marketing, and customer-focused teams to improve account management and deliver a consistent customer experience.
  • Relevant sales experience: At least 5 years of sales experience in related industries.
  • Proven sales performance: A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated success meeting sales milestones, achieving targets, and delivering measurable results.
  • Communication and presentation: Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and build relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Strategic sales planning: Ability to develop long-term account plans, identify growth opportunities, and apply consultative or solution-based selling techniques.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to interpret data, evaluate customer needs, and use insights to inform sales strategies and decisions.
  • Organization and adaptability: Strong multitasking skills and the ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities effectively.
  • Collaboration and independence: Comfortable working independently while contributing to a team-oriented sales environment.
  • Results-driven mindset: Strong motivation, strategic thinking, and a consistent focus on meeting and exceeding sales objectives.
  • Competitive compensation: Annual salary range of $69,530–$99,325 USD, with the final offer based on skills, qualifications, education, training, experience, and work location.
  • Remote work flexibility: U.S.-based remote position, excluding U.S. territories. Employees living within 30 miles of designated hub offices in Ipswich, Massachusetts; Birmingham, Alabama; or Contoocook, New Hampshire, are required to attend the office one designated day per week for team collaboration. • Healthcare coverage: Medical, dental, and vision insurance options.
  • Financial protection: Life and disability insurance, along with flexible spending accounts.
  • Retirement savings: Access to a retirement savings plan.
  • Paid leave: Paid parental leave, holidays, and paid time off.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
