eCarsTrade is one of Europe's fastest-growing B2B online used-car auction platforms — 18,000+ vehicles listed weekly, 20,000+ active dealers, 45% year-on-year growth. As part of our commercial organisation, we're hiring a Key Account Manager to own and grow our dealer portfolio across Central & Eastern Europe.

About the RoleThis is a true sales role, not passive account management — but it's not cold-hunting from zero either. You'll develop a portfolio of existing and new key accounts in your region: driving bids, negotiating, onboarding new high-value dealers, and growing long-term relationships with the ones you own. You sell and advise, so your time goes where it creates value.

  • Experience in Key Account Management, B2B Sales or Business Development — automotive a plus.
  • Genuinely commercial and target-driven, with a hunter's drive and a farmer's patience for growing accounts.
  • Comfortable living on the phone: outbound, inbound, negotiation, frequent contact.
  • Autonomous and proactive.
  • Polish and English mandatory; additional languages a strong plus.
  • Own the key-account relationships in your region — assigned by geography and language.
  • Acquire and onboard new high-value dealers, and grow the accounts you already hold.
  • Drive bids, lead negotiations, handle objections and close.
  • Qualify and prioritise high-value dealers routed to you, and prospect your own.
  • Build long-term, advisory relationships — you're the trusted contact, not a ticket-handler.
  • Work your market through our CRM (phone / WhatsApp / email) with clear regional ownership.
