Somos uma Humantech, combinamos tecnologia e estudo do comportamento humano para otimizar o relacionamento entre marcas e pessoas.Nossa missão é ajudar as empresas a se relacionarem de forma eficaz com seus clientes a entregar melhores produtos, jornadas e soluções baseadas em insights comportamentais.Há 16 anos criamos comunidades e aplicativos para grandes marcas, auxiliamos os times de marketing, CMI e CX para que conheçam profundamente os seus públicos-alvo, se conectem e engajem com eles, gerando dados acionáveis e experiências personalizadas entre marcas e pessoas.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtua no suporte à gestão e operação das plataformas de comunidades da ECGlobal e de parceiros, colaborando nas atividades de engajamento dos participantes e na execução de pesquisas realizadas nas comunidades.É responsável por apoiar a realização de conteúdos, moderação e pesquisas nas comunidades, tendo como principais atribuições:Apoiar o entendimento dos briefings e dos temas a serem abordados nas comunidades, contribuindo para o planejamento, produção, agendamento e publicação de conteúdos (posts e quick insights - questionários de pesquisas rápidas).Acompanhar as interações nos posts, apoiando na moderação e estimulando a participação dos membros com comentários e perguntas complementares.Apoiar a revisão de comentários e conteúdos publicados pelos usuários, sinalizando interações inadequadas e seguindo as diretrizes da comunidade.Realizar a programação de pesquisas nas plataformas de comunidade, incluindo inserção de links, códigos embed e textos de chamada para publicação.Acompanhar a coleta de respostas das pesquisas, monitorando o volume de participação e informando o analista responsável quando o objetivo de respostas estiver próximo de ser atingido.Organizar e Compilar os resultados das pesquisas, incluindo planilhas de controle, base de respostas e incentivo aos participantes.Organizar os conteúdos gerados nas postagens e pesquisas, mantendo registros e planilhas de acompanhamento atualizadas.Elaborar de materiais de consolidação de aprendizados e relatórios, que serão finalizados ou revisados pela supervisão ou gerência antes do envio ao cliente interno ou externo.Auxiliar na publicação e remoção de pesquisas ou conteúdos enviados por outros times (projetos e recrutamento), conforme orientações recebidas.Dar suporte geral às atividades operacionais das comunidades, colaborando a supervisão e outros pares nas demandas do dia a dia.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação completa ou em andamento em Comunicação ou áreas correlatas;Experiência com elaboração de relatórios e consolidação de informações;Boa capacidade de organização e análise de informações;Boa comunicação escrita e facilidade para estruturar conteúdos e apresentações;Perfil autônomo, organizado, analítico e atento aos detalhes.DiferenciaisExperiência como Community Manager;Experiência com pesquisa de mercado ou Consumer Insights;Conhecimento e utilização de ferramentas de IA generativa, como ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, entre outras.Informações adicionaisBENEFÍCIOS:🍛 Vale Alimentação ou Vale Refeição;👨🏼‍🎓 Desconto em cursos, universidades e instituições de idiomas;📚 Academia Stefanini - plataforma com cursos online, gratuitos, atualizados e com certificado;🗣 Mentoring;💸Auxílio Home office;🏥 Assistência Médica;🦷Assistência Odontológica;💰 Clube de vantagens e descontos nos melhores estabelecimentos;e muito mais...
