Your opportunity As a Customer Care Concierge, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, their families and the broader community, providing exceptional service and support across a range of enquiries. You'll deliver information and guidance on ECH's services, help customers navigate support options, and ensure every interaction is professional, compassionate and customer-focused. Working in a fast-paced environment, you'll build trusted relationships, answer questions, resolve enquiries and connect customers with the right services. Your ability to provide accurate information and positive experiences will help older South Australians access the support they need to live well and independently. You’ll make an impact by
Providing outstanding customer service across multiple channels, with empathy, professionalism and a genuine commitment to supporting older South Australians. Responding to customer enquiries, enacting requests and providing accurate information about ECH services, programs and supports. Building strong relationships with customers, families and stakeholders, ensuring every interaction is positive, respectful and solution-focused. Identifying customer needs and connecting individuals with appropriate services and support options. Resolving enquiries efficiently and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the customer experience.
What you’ll bring To succeed in this role, you'll ideally have:
A current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one). A current driver's licence. A Certificate III in Customer Engagement or relevant experience and on-the-job training.
We would also love you to bring the following skills:
Experience in a contact centre is helpful, but not essential. We welcome candidates with strong customer service experience from phone-based, administration, reception, retail, community services or other service-focused environments Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and confidently navigate a variety of customer enquiries. Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
