Team Lead, Implementation Services
The Team Lead, Implementation Services is responsible for leading complex client implementation work from planning through execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within allocated hours, and in alignment with client expectations. This role evaluates client technology needs, validates project scope and solution design, drives deployment readiness, and provides technical leadership across cloud, on-premises infrastructure, endpoint management, identity, collaboration, remote access, and migration initiatives. The Team Lead partners with PMO, engineering, vendors, and internal leadership to manage risks, resolve escalations, standardize implementation practices, and produce clear internal and client-facing documentation.
In this hybrid role, you will interface with high-profile financial industry clients daily and must demonstrate strong presentation, communication, and professional judgment. The Team Lead provides technical guidance, serves as an escalation point for implementation engineers, coordinates work across multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and helps document, standardize, and improve repeatable deployment practices across modern technologies.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with implementation engineers, PMO, account teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to align project execution, remove delivery blockers, and meet agreed project objectives.
Deploy ECI’s Public and Private Cloud base solutions, on-premises infrastructure services, and integrate with Microsoft Cloud Ecosystem solutions
Independently drive assigned project objectives to closure with minimal supervision, while providing timely status updates, escalation visibility, and delivery risks to PMO, leadership, and client stakeholders as appropriate.
Collaborate with various groups in the organization to implement innovative technologies, upgrade, migrate, and retire outdated Infrastructure and solutions
Document implementation processes, procedures, lessons learned, standards, and repeatable deployment patterns to support continuous improvement, automation opportunities, knowledge transfer, and consistent service delivery.
Provide Tier 3 escalation support for implementation engineers by diagnosing and resolving onboarding, project, and production-environment issues, coordinating with internal resources, vendors, and client stakeholders when required.
Engage in self-directed continuous improvement and learning of ECI and Industry products including Azure/O365/AWS certifications throughout the year.

Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, mentor, and support implementation engineers while promoting accountability, collaboration, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.
College diploma or University degree in the field of Computer Science or equivalent field/related experience
10 or more years of experience in project engineering, implementation engineering, infrastructure delivery, or a similar technical role, including at least 5 years leading technical teams or workstreams focused on cloud-based, endpoint, identity, collaboration, and on-premises infrastructure solutions.
Advanced knowledge of and experience deploying and managing Microsoft Windows Server, PowerShell, Microsoft Entra ID/Azure Active Directory, directory synchronization, Exchange Online, Exchange Hybrid and on-premises Exchange, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft 365 administration, and related identity and collaboration services.
Experience deploying and managing remote access and virtual desktop solutions, including Azure Virtual Desktop and related secure access technologies.
Experience with endpoint management and mobile device management technologies, with a focus on Microsoft Intune MDM/MAM, device enrollment, policy deployment, compliance, and lifecycle management.
Experienced with building, retiring, and migrating Domain Controllers, DFS/R, DHCP, DNS, GPO’s

Working Conditions
Ability to work in an independent environment with moderate supervision.
Ability to work under a moderate noise level (i.e. working on an open floor with printers, telephones, and computers)
Ability to travel for business and work beyond normal business hours when necessary

Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, power tools, and to handle other computer components
