Als freiberuflicher Pflegepädagoge (m/w/d) für Kenntnisprüfungen im Pflegebereich unterstützen Sie internationale Pflegekräfte auf ihrem Weg zur beruflichen Anerkennung in Deutschland.

Mit Ihrer fachlichen Expertise nehmen Sie Kenntnisprüfungen ab, bewerten Kompetenzen und tragen dazu bei, qualifizierten Pflegekräften neue berufliche Perspektiven im deutschen Gesundheitswesen zu eröffnen.

Das erwartet Sie bei uns

  • Abnahme und Bewertung von Kenntnisprüfungen zur Anerkennung als Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann
  • Fachliche Beurteilung pflegerischer Kompetenzen internationaler Pflegekräfte
  • Dokumentation der Prüfungsergebnisse
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team der Anpassungsqualifizierung
  • Flexible Einsätze auf Honorarbasis

Was Sie mitbringen

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Masterstudium der Pflegepädagogik, Diplom-Pflegewirt oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der Ausbildung von Pflegefachkräften sowie einen regelmäßigen Einsatz an einer Berufsfachschule im Pflegebereich
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit internationalen Pflegekräften und an der Begleitung von Anerkennungsverfahren
  • Fachliche Sicherheit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Idealerweise Erfahrungen als Lab Trainer
