About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven AI Team Lead - ASEAN to execute Go-To-Market strategies, product positioning, and market enablement for our enterprise AI products (including AI Agent platforms) and customized AI solutions.

Based in Singapore, you will play a pivotal role in bridging AI innovation with commercial execution. You will drive AI product and solution launches, manage mini P&L performance, develop high-impact sales enablement toolkits, and collaborate closely with engineering and commercial teams to accelerate enterprise AI adoption. If you excel at executing AI GTM roadmaps, managing product unit economics, and driving pipeline expansion, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

1. AI Product & Solution GTM Execution

  • Execute end-to-end Go-To-Market (GTM) plans for enterprise AI products and tailored AI solutions, including target customer segmentation, use-case positioning, and ROI messaging.
  • Coordinate AI product launch cycles and solution offerings, tracking project milestones, deliverable quality, and time-to-market execution.

2. Mini P&L & Financial Management

  • Monitor and manage the mini P&L for assigned AI products/solutions, focusing on revenue targets, gross margins, and operational expense control.
  • Track commercial metrics to optimize product unit economics and profitability across product lines and solution engagements.

3. Sales Enablement & AI Collateral Creation

  • Develop and maintain high-impact AI GTM toolkits and collateral (e.g., AI product decks, solution one-pagers, ROI frameworks, case studies, competitive battle cards, and demo enablement guides).
  • Organize and conduct enablement sessions and workshops for sales and partner channels to sharpen AI value pitching and shorten sales cycles.

4. Pre-Sales Alignment & Demand Generation

  • Collaborate closely with Forward Deployed Engineers (FDE) and AI Engineers to refine value propositions for AI Proof of Concepts (POCs) and enterprise solution proposals.
  • Plan and run AI webinars, executive workshops, and promotional campaigns to generate qualified leads and grow the pipeline across AI products and services.

5. Market Insights & Performance Tracking

  • Track post-launch AI adoption metrics, solution pipeline conversion rates, and closed deal performance.
  • Gather market feedback, enterprise AI adoption pain points, and competitive intelligence to continuously refine GTM assets and messaging.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Financial & Mini P&L Impact: Achievement of revenue, gross profit, and margin targets for assigned AI products and solutions.
  • GTM Execution & Quality: On-time completion of AI GTM launch milestones and high-quality enablement toolkits.
  • Commercial Pipeline: Post-launch AI pipeline growth, converted AI sales opportunities, and closed deal metrics across products and solutions.
  • Enablement & Market Engagement: Frequency, participation, and satisfaction rates of AI enablement workshops and promotional events.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: 3–5 years of experience in GTM, Product Marketing, or Commercial Enablement within Enterprise AI, Generative AI, AI Agents, SaaS, or Cloud ecosystems.
  • Financial Acumen: Practical understanding of managing a mini P&L, revenue forecasting, gross margin optimization, and pricing strategies.
  • AI GTM Execution: Hands-on experience in executing AI product and solution launches, articulating enterprise AI use cases, and producing high-converting enablement materials.
  • Technical Acumen: Ability to translate complex AI technologies (Generative AI, AI Agent architectures, LLM integrations, customized AI solutions) into clear, business-driven value arguments.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Excellent project management skills to work effectively with Forward Deployed Engineers (FDE), AI Engineers, Product, and Sales teams.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills (Mandarin proficiency is a plus for regional coordination).
