Mission

ECM accompagne un acteur reconnu du secteur spatial et industriel, spécialisé dans la conception et le développement de systèmes mécaniques et thermiques destinés à des environnements à fortes contraintes. Dans le cadre du renforcement de ses équipes projets, nous recherchons un(e) Chef de Projet Spatial H/F.

Votre mission

Rattaché(e) au service Projets, vous pilotez des projets de développement de systèmes ou d’équipements techniques, de la phase de conception jusqu’à la réalisation finale.

Vous êtes garant(e) des engagements contractuels, budgétaires et du respect des exigences clients.

À ce titre, vos principales missions seront les suivantes :

  • Structurer les projets et définir les règles de fonctionnement permettant l’exécution des travaux dans les meilleures conditions de coûts, qualité, sécurité et délais ;
  • Assurer la coordination entre les différents intervenants internes et externes ;
  • Piloter la planification des activités et le suivi de l’avancement ;
  • Animer les réunions de projet avec les clients ;
  • Rédiger les documents de synthèse et reporting en français et en anglais ;
  • Assurer le reporting régulier auprès de la hiérarchie ;
  • Suivre et reporter mensuellement les indicateurs financiers des projets ;
  • Valider les demandes d’achats ainsi que les livrables contractuels ;
  • Garantir la bonne réalisation des projets confiés.

Profil

Diplômé(e) d’une école d’ingénieur avec une spécialisation en mécanique, vous justifiez d’une expérience minimum de 5 ans en gestion de projets techniques, idéalement dans le secteur spatial ou industriel.

Compétences requises :

  • Gestion de projet : plan de management, suivi de planning, coordination ;
  • Management transverse d’équipes ;
  • Utilisation des outils de pilotage de projet ;
  • Bonne compréhension technique des projets mécaniques ;
  • Maîtrise de MS Project ;
  • Anglais courant écrit et oral.
