The posting

Rattaché(e) au Département Aménagement Cabine et plus particulièrement au Bureau d’études, vous serez en charge de la conception de meubles pour des clients VIP et compagnies aériennes.

Les principales tâches à réaliser liées au projet :

  • Qu’est-ce que l’aménagement cabine ? Intégration de la culture aéronautique.
  • Réflexion sur la prise en compte des normes applicables (EASA)
  • Conception 3D de meubles comprenant des équipements électroniques : Création des modèles 3D, Conception et réalisation de systèmes, ensembles, sous-ensembles mécaniques, Rédaction et préparation de données pour la production : plans de détail, plans d’ensemble, plans d’assemblage et plans d’installation en respectant les contraintes techniques imposées par le cahier des charges et le respect des règles métiers (cotation, mise en plan…), Contrôle et validation des plans, Définir les principes constructifs, Réaliser les pré-études, études et mises en liasse, Participer aux revues d’avancement technique.
  • Interactions avec plusieurs départements au sein d’ECM (calcul, certification, fabrication)

Vous serez donc amené(e) à réaliser la conception des ensembles et sous-ensembles d’aménagement cabine (mobilier, planchers, cloisons, etc...). Vous pourrez intervenir sur des programmes avions tels que : Airbus, ATR, Dassault Falcon ou Boeing.

Vous accompagnerez le Bureau d'études dans le développement de nouveaux outils pour améliorer l'efficacité des équipes projet.

Profil

Etudiant en dernière année d’un cycle Bac +5 spécialisé en mécanique, vous êtes à la recherche d'un stage de fin d'études formateur et épanouissant. Vous avez un intérêt significatif pour l’aéronautique.

Vous maîtrisez les outils de conception comme Catia V5. Vous êtes capable de lire et écrire des documentations techniques en anglais. Vous aimez le travail en équipe et vous êtes reconnu(e) pour vos qualités d’adaptation et de rigueur. Votre curiosité et votre adaptabilité seront un atout pour ce poste.

Petit plus : Vous connaissez le développement sous VBA.
