Ecochain is een snelgroeiende, purpose-driven B2B SaaS scale-up met een missie: duurzaamheidsdata toegankelijk maken voor 100 miljoen producten in 2035. We bouwen LCA-automatiseringsplatforms (Mobius en Helix) waarmee industriële fabrikanten hun milieu-impact kunnen meten, delen en verminderen.

Ons team van 50+ professionals werkt vanuit Amsterdam en bedient klanten in de bouw en maak-industrie, verspreid over de Benelux, DACH en verder. We zijn gecertificeerd B-Corp en meten onszelf op impact, niet alleen op marge.

De rol

Als Senior Financial Operations Specialist ben jij de eigenaar van onze financiële operaties: accounts receivable, de leveranciers facturen pijplijn en een schone, tijdige maandafsluiting. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan onze Financial Controller, je assisteert niemand, je bezit je eigen domein.

Dit is een rol van 24 uur per week. Geen fulltime job, maar een permanente, goed georganiseerde positie voor iemand die één ding uitstekend wil doen.

Uren: 24 per week — drie volle dagen, of verspreid over vier of vijf. Jij kiest.

Wat ga je doen

  • Accounts receivable end-to-end beheren: facturatie, creditbeheer en de AR-ouderdomsanalyse
  • Openstaande saldo's zelfstandig innen, professioneel, met behoud van de klantrelatie
  • De leveranciers facturen pijplijn beheren: intake, goedkeuringsrouting en aanlevering aan onze externe accountant
  • Wekelijkse betalingsbatches voorbereiden ter goedkeuring
  • Facturen correct boeken op grootboekrekeningen en kostenplaatsen
  • Maandelijkse journaalposten (accruals en omzetallocaties) voorbereiden en balansreconciliaties uitvoeren
  • P&L controleren op correcte periodeindeling
  • De administratie continu audit-ready houden en de Financial Controller ondersteunen bij ad-hoc projecten

Wat we zoeken

Must-haves

  • Aantoonbare ervaring met volledige financiële administratie naast een externe accountant
  • Gedegen kennis van grootboekadministratie, dubbel boekhouden, accruals en reconciliaties
  • Je int openstaande bedragen door de telefoon te pakken — en houdt de relatie intact
  • Vertrouwd met cloud-boekhoudpakketten (bijv. Exact, AFAS, NetSuite) en Excel
  • Vloeiend in Nederlands én Engels, schriftelijk en mondeling
  • Zelfstandig en proactief: je beheert je eigen agenda en volgt details op zonder aansporing

Pré

  • Ervaring in een scale-up of SaaS-omgeving, bij voorkeur met terugkerende facturatie
  • Gewerkt naast een externe accountant (niet binnen een grote finance-afdeling)
  • Bedrijfsomvang van 30–150 medewerkers
  • B2B-facturatie aan internationale klanten in meerdere valuta
  • Relevante opleiding: PDB, MBA Moderne Bedrijfsadministratie of MBO/HBO bedrijfsadministratie

  3. Werken in 24 uur: hoe organiseer je je werk zodat terugkerende deadlines (zoals de maandafsluiting) soepel verlopen, ook op dagen dat je er niet bent?
