Como estagiário(a) de SH&E (Segurança, Saúde e Meio Ambiente), você poderá desenvolver habilidades analíticas, aprimorar sua comunicação ao auxiliar na condução de reuniões e treinamentos, e adquirir uma visão ampla sobre os processos de SH&E em um ambiente dinâmico e colaborativo. Quais são as atividades?

  • Prestar suporte às atividades gerais da área de SH&E;
  • Apoiar o desenvolvimento de avaliações de risco;
  • Gerenciar ações provenientes de auditorias, realizando o acompanhamento, controle e cobrança dos envolvidos;
  • Atuar em contato direto com a força de vendas, oferecendo suporte às ferramentas de SH&E;
  • Elaborar relatórios, lições aprendidas e apresentações relacionadas à área de SH&E;
  • Conduzir reuniões e treinamentos para a força de vendas.

Para quem é essa vaga?

  • Estar cursando Bacharel em Engenharia (Química, Segurança do Trabalho, entre outros), Tecnólogo em Segurança do Trabalho ou áreas correlatas;
  • Realizar graduação ou tecnólogo no período noturno. Não pode cursar período integral;
  • Tenha disponibilidade para estagiar por pelo menos 1 ano e meio à 2 anos;
  • Resida em São Paulo/SP e/ou ter fácil acesso para atuar na Barra Funda/SP;
  • Conhecimento em Pacote Office, com foco em Excel e PowerPoint;
  • Inglês intermediário.

O que fará você se destacar?

  • Conhecimento em Power BI, com experiência ou interesse no desenvolvimento de dashboards e indicadores;
  • Conhecimento prévio em Segurança do Trabalho;
  • Boa comunicação e facilidade para interagir com diferentes públicos;
  • Curiosidade, interesse por aprendizado contínuo e vontade de desenvolver novos conhecimentos;
  • Proatividade, dedicação e comprometimento para transformar desafios em oportunidades de melhoria.
