Como estagiário(a) de Logística, você terá contato com indicadores de performance, análises de custos de transporte, acompanhamento de processos de faturamento e elaboração de simulações de frete. Aqui, você poderá desenvolver seu lado analítico, aprender na prática sobre gestão logística e participar de atividades que apoiam decisões importantes para o negócio. Tudo isso em um ambiente colaborativo, com oportunidades de aprendizado, desenvolvimento e crescimento profissional.

Quais são as atividades?

  • Atualizar e monitorar diariamente relatórios e indicadores da área de Logística, contribuindo para a qualidade das informações e tomada de decisão;
  • Realizar análises de e-mails e históricos de processos para validação e comprovação de aprovações de custos;
  • Apoiar a elaboração e apresentação mensal de simulações de frete, auxiliando na análise de cenários e oportunidades;
  • Acompanhar o fluxo de faturamento de fretes, monitorando faturas liberadas para pagamento e apoiando o controle dos processos;
  • Contribuir para a organização, conferência e análise de dados operacionais, garantindo a confiabilidade das informações;
  • Dar suporte às atividades administrativas e analíticas da área, atuando em interface com diferentes equipes e parceiros internos.

Para quem é essa vaga?

  • Estar cursando Administração ou Logística;
  • Realizar graduação ou tecnólogo no período noturno. Não pode cursar período integral;
  • Tenha disponibilidade para estagiar por pelo menos 1 ano e meio à 2 anos;
  • Resida em Suzano e/ou tenha fácil acesso ao local;
  • Conhecimento intermediário em Pacote Office, com foco em Excel;
  • Conhecimento em ferramentas Microsoft, com foco em Outlook.
