  • Participate in UAT sessions with business stakeholders and provide testing support to business users as needed.
  • Communicate QA status, risks, and defect trends to project teams in a clear and timely manner.

Continuous Improvement

  • Support the use of automated testing tools and frameworks within the ServiceNow environment.
  • Identify opportunities to improve testing efficiency, coverage, and cycle time.
  • Maintain QA documentation and contribute to a shared knowledge base.

Subject Matter Expertise

  • Serve as a QA subject matter contributor for ServiceNow-related initiatives by sharing testing knowledge, risks, and recommendations with the project team.
  • Contribute to team knowledge-sharing by documenting lessons learned, reusable test scenarios, and platform-specific QA considerations.

  • Demonstrated experience creating, maintaining, and executing automated test scripts as part of enterprise QA delivery.
  • Experience planning and executing system performance testing, including load, volume, scalability, and response-time validation for enterprise applications.
  • Proficiency in writing test plans, test cases, and defect reports.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
