Jouw functie

Als Maatwerkcoach ben jij de drijvende kracht achter twee Cirkels-buurtwinkels, elk met hun eigen team, klanten en lokale dynamiek.

Je werkt nauw samen met de winkelcoaches, die de dagelijkse commerciële en operationele werking van hun winkel in handen nemen. Jij coacht en versterkt hen in hun rol, begeleidt de medewerkers in hun groei en houdt tegelijk het grotere plaatje voor ogen.

Jouw uitdaging?

De talenten binnen onze teams ontdekken en optimaal inzetten, de commerciële werking naar een hoger niveau tillen, lokale netwerken versterken en samen met de winkelcoaches onze winkels zo aantrekkelijk maken dat we steeds meer klanten aantrekken en positieve mond-tot-mondreclame onze groei verder versterkt.

Je bent zichtbaar op de werkvloer, kent je mensen en weet hoe je met ieder van hen kan schakelen om samen resultaten te bereiken.

Je rapporteert aan de Coördinator Cirkels.

Jouw profiel

✔ Je bent een natuurlijke coach. Je ziet potentieel in mensen, voelt aan wat iemand nodig heeft en weet hoe je verschillende persoonlijkheden in beweging krijgt.

✔ Je hebt commerciële feeling. Je kijkt met de ogen van de klant, ziet kansen om de winkelbeleving te verbeteren en je hebt inzicht in hoe onze winkels kunnen groeien.

✔ Je bent een inspirerende trekker. Je hebt ideeën en ambities, maar begrijpt dat duurzame verandering ontstaat door mensen mee te nemen en samen stappen te zetten.

✔ Je combineert empathie met daadkracht. Je luistert, geeft vertrouwen en waardering, maar durft ook verwachtingen uit te spreken en knopen door te hakken.

✔ Je bent hands-on en authentiek. Je staat dicht bij je teams, weet wat er leeft op de werkvloer en doet wat je zegt.

✔ Je houdt overzicht. Je kan schakelen tussen twee winkels, verschillende medewerkers en uiteenlopende uitdagingen zonder de grote lijnen uit het oog te verliezen.

✔ Je hebt administratief talent. Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd en hebt administratieve opvolging vlot in de vingers.

Je beschikt over:

  • Een denkniveau op het niveau van hoger onderwijs, verworven via opleiding of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • 3-5 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende of coachende functie, bij voorkeur in de Retail sector.
  • Affiniteit met een commerciële winkelomgeving en klantgericht werken.
  • Sterke communicatieve en organisatorische vaardigheden.
  • De flexibiliteit om in beide winkels aanwezig te zijn en af en toe op zaterdag te werken.

Ervaring in de sociale economie of met medewerkers met een afstand tot de arbeidsmarkt is een troef. Maar minstens even belangrijk vinden we jouw vermogen om mensen te motiveren en samen resultaten neer te zetten.
