Als Junior Sales Manager (m/w/d) wirst Du Teil unseres Partnerunternehmens Flexcon IT (https://flexcon-it.de/). Du arbeitest mit ausgewiesenen Expert:innen auf ihrem Fachgebiet, um zukunftsweisende IT-Lösungen zu planen und umzusetzen. Präzise und transparent – nur so geht nachhaltige Digitalisierung für einen langfristig störungsfreien Betrieb. Du hinterfragst mit Bedacht die Herausforderungen von Morgen, entwickelst geeignete Cloud-Strategien im Team und gibst Antworten auf Fragen, die noch gar nicht gestellt wurden? Perfekt! Dies ist die Basis unseres Teams, in dem Eigenverantwortung und Sorgfalt ebenso wichtig sind wie unternehmerisches Denken und Zuverlässigkeit.

Hier bist Du gefragt

Du machst aus einem ersten Kontakt eine qualifizierte Verkaufschance und sorgst dafür, dass kein guter Lead liegen bleibt. Dabei arbeitest Du eng mit erfahrenen Kollegen aus Vertrieb und Technik zusammen.

  • Du recherchierst und identifizierst potenzielle B2B-Kunden.
  • Du sprichst neue Kunden telefonisch und digital an.
  • Du qualifizierst Leads und erkennst konkrete Bedarfe.
  • Du bereitest Erst- und Beratungsgespräche vor.
  • Du entwickelst Kontakte zu echten Verkaufschancen weiter.
  • Du übernimmst konsequent Follow-ups und nächste Schritte.
  • Du dokumentierst Kontakte und Opportunities sauber im CRM.
  • Du nutzt moderne KI-Tools für Recherche, Vorbereitung und Vertriebsarbeit.

Dabei geht es nicht um möglichst viele Calls, sondern um gute Gespräche und echte Verkaufschancen.

1. Verstehen Produkte, Kunden, Zielgruppen und Vertriebsprozess kennenlernen.

2. Qualifizieren Eigene Erstkontakte und Discovery-Gespräche übernehmen.

3. Entwickeln Eigene Opportunities aufbauen und vorantreiben.

4. Verkaufen Schritt für Schritt eigene Verkaufsprozesse bis zum Abschluss führen.

Unser Ziel: Aus Dir wird ein richtig guter B2B-Vertriebler.

Dein Weg zu uns

  • Eine kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung (Bereich IT-System-Management, Büromanagement, Groß- und Außenhandel oder Dialogmarketing) ist von Vorteil, setzen wir nicht zwingend voraus
  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und daran, aktiv auf andere zuzugehen
  • Interesse an Vertrieb, Geschäftsentwicklung und unternehmerischen Zusammenhängen
  • Eigeninitiative, Zuverlässigkeit und Verbindlichkeit – Du packst gerne selbst mit an
  • Eine strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Lernbereitschaft, Neugier und Lust, Dich weiterzuentwickeln
  • Interesse an IT, Digitalisierung und Künstlicher Intelligenz
  • Keine Scheu vor Telefonaten und der aktiven Ansprache potenzieller Neukunden
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
