Deine Aufgaben:

  • Selbständige Betreuung und eigenverantwortliche Beratung unserer nationalen und internationalen Klient:innen unter­schiedlicher Branchen und Betriebsgrößen in arbeits-, lohn­steuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Fragen
  • Ansprechpartner:in für arbeits-, lohnsteuer- und sozial­versicherungsrechtliche Fragen für Kolleg:innen des Personalverrechnungsteams
  • Recherchen und Ausarbeitungen zu arbeits-, lohnsteuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Themenstellungen
  • Konzeption und Durchführung von Schulungen zu arbeits-, lohnsteuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Themen

Dein Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissen­schaften, mit Fokus Arbeits- und Sozialrecht oder BWL-Studium mit ausreichender Ausbildung und Erfahrung im Arbeits- und Sozialrecht
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeits-, Lohnsteuer- und Sozialrecht
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit MS-Office-Tools, BMD-NTCS Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Englischkenntnisse
  • Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Kolleg:innen und Klient:innen
  • Fähigkeit Rechtliches einfach, verständlich und praxisnah zu vermitteln
  • Gewinnendes und kundenorientiertes Auftreten
  • Eine lösungsorientierte Denkweise sowie Kommunikations­stärke und Teamfähigkeit

Aus gesetzlichen Gründen weisen wir darauf hin, dass das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt auf Vollzeitbasis € 3.080,– beträgt. Unsere attraktiven Gehaltsangebote orientieren sich jedoch an aktuellen Marktgehältern und es besteht natürlich die Bereitschaft zur deutlichen Überzahlung bei entsprechender Qualifikation.
