Maak impact op de digitale werkplek van ECS Ben jij een senior IAM- en Modern Workplace specialist die techniek graag combineert met coördinatie? Wil je richting geven aan complexe IT-omgevingen zonder people manager te worden? Dan is deze rol iets voor jou. Binnen ECS neem je een centrale rol op tussen onze Systems & Infrastructure teams. Je bewaakt prioriteiten, brengt mensen samen en zorgt ervoor dat projecten, changes en operationele activiteiten vlot vooruitgaan. Tegelijk blijf je technisch betrokken bij Identity & Access Management en Microsoft Modern Workplace. Jouw rol & verantwoordelijkheden - Coördineren van werkzaamheden over verschillende Infrastructure teams - Bewaken van prioriteiten, capaciteit, deadlines en afhankelijkheden - Wegwerken van blokkades en zorgen voor een vlotte samenwerking - Leiden van IAM-initiatieven rond Active Directory, Entra ID, MFA, SSO en Conditional Access - Ondersteunen van audits, access reviews en security verbeteringen - Technisch aanspreekpunt voor Microsoft 365, endpoint management en endpoint security - Meewerken aan complexe incidenten, projecten en verbetertrajecten - Adviseren van collega's en delen van technische expertise Uurrooster Daguren Locatie Karveelstraat 3 Jouw profiel en kwaliteiten - Senior IT-professional met ervaring in IAM, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory en Modern Workplace - Sterke kennis van MFA, SSO, Conditional Access en Identity Governance - Ervaring met Microsoft 365, endpoint management en endpoint security - Ervaring met het coördineren van technische activiteiten over meerdere IT-teams - Sterk in plannen, prioriteiten stellen en stakeholdermanagement - Natuurlijke verbinder die teams en projecten vooruit helpt - Hands-on, pragmatisch en oplossingsgericht - Communicatief sterk en vlot in het Engels - Bachelor in IT of gelijkwaardig door ervaring - Microsoft Identity- of Security-certificeringen zijn een pluspunt
