Hva er BPA?

Brukerstyrt personlig assistanse (BPA) er en alternativ måte å organisere tjenestene praktisk og personlig bistand på for mennesker med nedsatt funksjonsevne. BPA er et likestillings- og frigjøringsverktøy, og gjennom bistand fra egne assistenter legges det til rette for at personer med bistandsbehov får et aktivt og mest mulig uavhengig liv.

Om meg og mitt behov

Jeg er en voksen kvinne som sitter i rullestol etter en ryggmargsskade. Jeg lever et aktivt liv og liker blant annet å gå på kino, delta på konserter og være med på lokale arrangementer som Jessheimdagene. Nå søker jeg etter fleksible og pålitelige tilkallingsvikarer som kan bistå meg både hjemme og når jeg er ute på ulike aktiviteter.

Som BPA-assistent vil du være en viktig støtte i hverdagen min. Arbeidsoppgavene består av praktisk bistand i hjemmet, ledsaging til aktiviteter og annen hjelp som gjør det mulig for meg å leve et selvstendig og aktivt liv. Du trenger ikke erfaring som personlig assistent fra før, da du vil få grundig opplæring av meg. I tillegg får du tilgang til relevante kurs som kan gi verdifull kompetanse videre i arbeidslivet.

Stillingen er en tilkallingsstilling, og vakter tilbys ved behov, for eksempel ved sykdom, ferieavvikling eller annet fravær. Det vil være mulighet for mer arbeid i perioder. Arbeidstidene er hovedsakelig dagvakter kl. 08.00-16.30 og kveldsvakter kl. 17.00-21.00. Jeg ser etter deg som er ansvarsfull, positiv og fleksibel, og som ønsker en meningsfull jobb hvor du kan gjøre en forskjell i et annet menneskes hverdag.
