Hva er BPA?

Brukerstyrt personlig assistanse (BPA) er en alternativ måte å organisere tjenestene praktisk og personlig bistand på for mennesker med nedsatt funksjonsevne. BPA er et likestillings- og frigjøringsverktøy, og gjennom bistand fra egne assistenter legges det til rette for at personer med bistandsbehov får et aktivt og mest mulig uavhengig liv.

Om meg og mitt behov

Jeg er en mann i 50-årene som bor i Bydel Østensjø. Jeg bruker rullestol og trenger hjelp til det meste i hverdagen. Med din hjelp ønsker jeg å kunne leve et aktivt og selvstendig liv, delta på sosiale aktiviteter og få hverdagen til å flyte på en god måte.

Arbeidsoppgavene vil blant annet bestå av handling, matlaging, rydding og rengjøring. Hvis du trives på kjøkkenet og liker å lage god mat, er det et stort pluss! Det er også viktig at du er komfortabel med praktiske oppgaver og ønsker å bidra til en trygg og hyggelig hverdag.

På fritiden liker jeg å følge med på fotball, golf og annen sport på TV, så det er hyggelig om du deler noen av disse interessene – men det viktigste er at vi har en god kjemi og at du møter opp med et godt humør.

Stillingen er fast og utgjør 14 timer (ca 40 % per uke). Arbeidstidene er mandag kl. 11.00–16.00, onsdag kl. 11.00–16.00 og fredag kl. 11.00–15.00.

Arbeidsoppgavene vil blant annet være:

  • Matlaging
  • Handling
  • Tømme urinpose, ved behov
  • Rydde og rengjøre

Kvalifikasjoner:

  • Har gode norskkunnskaper (nivå B2)
  • Gyldig politiattest
  • Erfaring som BPA er positivt, men vel så viktig er viljen og ønsket om å lære
