Hva er BPA? Brukerstyrt Personlig Assistanse (BPA) er en alternativ måte å organisere tjenestene praktisk og personlig bistand på for mennesker med nedsatt funksjonsevne. BPA er et likestillings- og frigjøringsverktøy, og gjennom bistand fra egne assistenter legges det til rette for at personer med bistandsbehov får et aktivt og mest mulig uavhengig liv.

Om meg og mitt behov

Jeg er en 17 år gammel jente som elsker å være ute, oppleve nye ting og ha det gøy. Enten det er på tur, i aktivitet eller bare rolige stunder hjemme. Jeg bor sammen med familien min, men har min egen del av huset. På dagtid går jeg på videregående skole.

Nå ser jeg etter assistenter som kan være med meg både i hverdagen og på fritiden. Du trenger ikke å ha erfaring, det viktigste er at du er trygg, positiv og har lyst til å bli kjent med meg og bidra til at jeg får en aktiv og meningsfull hverdag.

Det er behov for noen som kan jobbe 10 timer lørdag og søndag (til sammen 20 timer) hver tredje helg. Dette tilsvarer en stilling på 18,78%. Det kan også bli mulighet for mer arbeid etter hvert.

Arbeidsoppgaver vil blant annet være:

  • Støtte, planlegging og gjennomføring av daglige aktiviteter
  • Være med på fritidsaktiviteter som svømming og gåturer
  • Kommunisere ved bruk av Tobii og tegnstøtte

Personlige egenskaper:

  • Er positiv, pålitelig og fleksibel.
  • Har en genuin interesse for å bidra til andres velvære og livskvalitet.
  • Er komfortabel med å være aktiv og delta i fritidsaktiviteter.
  • Har evnen til å tilpasse seg og håndtere varierte oppgaver.
  • Har gode kommunikasjonsferdigheter og evnen til å bygge sterke relasjoner.

Kvalifikasjoner:

  • Førerkort klasse B
  • Gode norskkunnskaper
  • Gyldig politiattest
  • Erfaring som BPA er en fordel, men vel så viktig er vilje og ønsket om å lære
