Du får ett självständigt ansvar för ett mindre lager och en viktig roll i att säkerställa att materialhanteringen fungerar smidigt.

Om företaget

Vår kund arbetar med integrerade tekniktjänster inom kommunikation, energi och IT. Företaget arbetar bland annat med höghastighetsbredband, mobilnät, intelligenta energiavläsare och installation av elbilsladdare.

Om uppdraget

  • Omfattning: Heltid.
  • Arbetstider: Måndag–fredag kl. 07.00–16.00.
  • Placering: Solna.
  • Start: Omgående
  • Uppdragsperiod: 6 månader med möjlighet till förlängning eller överrekrytering.
  • Anställningsform: Konsultuppdrag via Ed:Za

Om rollen

Vi söker en lagerkoordinator/projektadministratör till ett längre konsultuppdrag hos ett stort och välkänt företag inom el- och energibranschen. Du ansvarar för ett mindre lager som är beläget på kundens projektkontor i Solna. Rollen kombinerar praktiskt lagerarbete med administrativa uppgifter och innebär ett självständigt ansvar för att lagerhanteringen fungerar smidigt.

Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter är att:

  • Hantera in- och utleveranser samt hålla ordning på lagerflöden.
  • Registrera inköpsordrar i systemet.
  • Beställa material, arbetskläder och verktyg.
  • Säkerställa att lagret är organiserat och att material finns på rätt plats.
  • Följa upp, utveckla och förbättra rutiner och arbetssätt för lagerhanteringen.
  • Stötta projektet med övriga administrativa uppgifter vid behov.

Om dig

Vi söker dig som är driven, noggrann och självgående. Du tar egna initiativ, ser förbättringsmöjligheter och vill utveckla lagerhanteringen genom att skapa tydliga rutiner och effektivare arbetssätt. Du har ett naturligt fokus på struktur och ordning och trivs med att ta ansvar för att det dagliga arbetet fungerar smidigt.

Krav:

  • Erfarenhet av administrativt arbete
  • Erfarenhet från elbranschen
  • God datorvana och goda kunskaper i Microsoft Office, framför allt Excel och Outlook.

Meriterande:

  • Erfarenhet av arbete på ett mindre lager eller kontorslager.
  • Erfarenhet av elmätare eller orderregistrering.
  • B-körkort och tillgång till egen bil
