Voor een gerenommeerde aannemer, actief binnen grootschalige bouw- en infrastructuurprojecten, zoeken we een Project Cost Controller.Je komt terecht in een technisch uitdagende projectomgeving in de regio Antwerpen. Hier krijg je de financiële opvolging van een belangrijk deelproject in handen en werk je nauw samen met projectleiders en andere technische specialisten.Je kijkt verder dan Excel en rapporteringen. Je wilt begrijpen wat er op de werf gebeurt en vertaalt die inzichten naar betrouwbare financiële analyses en prognoses.Jouw functie

  • Je bewaakt de budgetten, kosten en financiële voortgang van jouw project.
  • Je analyseert afwijkingen tussen de werkelijke kosten en de vooropgestelde budgetten.
  • Je stelt forecasts op en brengt financiële risico's en opportuniteiten tijdig in kaart.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders en de Quantity Surveyor om de voortgang correct op te volgen.
  • Je ontwikkelt duidelijke dashboards en financiële rapporteringen voor de projectleiding en directie.
  • Je denkt actief mee over kostenbeheersing, efficiëntie en mogelijke optimalisaties.
  • Je bezoekt regelmatig de werf om inzicht te krijgen in de praktische uitvoering en de financiële impact ervan.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in Accountancy, Handelsingenieur, TEW of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • Je hebt een sterk analytisch inzicht en werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
  • Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van Excel en ervaring met ERP-systemen.
  • Ervaring met KPD-WIC of financiële BI-tools is een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt interesse in de bouwsector en wil je verdiepen in de financiële opvolging van complexe infrastructuurprojecten.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en kunt financiële inzichten helder overbrengen aan zowel technische als financiële collega's.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt initiatief en denkt oplossingsgericht mee.
  • Je voelt je thuis in een omgeving waar samenwerking en verantwoordelijkheid centraal staan.
