  As a Logistics Supervisor, you will:

oversee the efficient distribution of goods ensure the shipments are prepared, document and deliver on time, within budget, and in line with customer expectations and quality standards.

Coordinate customer shipments and transportation activities from preparation through delivery. Ensure on-time delivery performance while maintaining cost control and service quality. Manage freight forwarders, customs brokers, and third-party logistics partners. Monitor logistics KPIs, identify issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain accurate shipping documentation and ensure compliance with quality standards. Communicate shipment progress with internal teams and customers as needed. Contribute to process improvements, including ERP and logistics workflow enhancements.

Your strong knowledge of import/export transport regulations, freight rules, Incoterms, and CPC codes. Your experience in a manufacturing environment. Your experience with process improvement, ERP systems, and SOPs. Your advanced Excel skills and proficiency with standard office tools. Your experience in working with third-party logistics or service providers. Your strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Your experience in transporting lithium batteries is an asset. You carry an IATA and/or CDGP certification Your experience with ISO9001 and/or ISO14001
