Finance Intern

## Job Summary We are looking for a Finance Intern to support our Finance function and work closely with the Head of Finance across accounting, compliance, and operational finance activities. The intern will gain hands-on exposure to startup finance operations, including India and US accounting, compliance support, and finance-led operational processes.

## Responsibilities - Support the Head of Finance with day-to-day accounting activities for both India and US entities. - Assist with basic accounting entries, reconciliations, and documentation. - Provide support for compliance and statutory requirements in both India and the US. - Assist with migration-related documentation and coordination, including finance and legal support. - Support finance-led operational tasks during the initial phase. - Help maintain financial records, trackers, and internal reports. - Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors as required.

## Qualifications - Second-year student pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field. - Must be available for a full 6-month onsite internship in Bengaluru. - Basic understanding of accounting principles. - Willingness to learn about US and India finance operations. - Strong sense of ownership, discipline, and dedication to work. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment. - Good communication and documentation skills.

## Preferred Skills - Familiarity with financial software and tools would be a plus.

## Experience - This role is targeted towards students with no prior professional experience required.

## Environment - This position is onsite in Bengaluru, India, offering a dynamic startup work environment.

## Salary - The internship offers a stipend of ₹10,000 per month.
