Internship at Boldface LinkedIn Personal Branding and Content Studio

## Company Overview Boldface works with founders, executives, and brands across India to build their presence on LinkedIn through strategy, ghostwriting, and content. We are a small, fast-moving team, and this role works closely with the founder on live client accounts from day one.

## Job Summary This internship role sits directly with the founder and provides visibility into how a personal branding studio is operated, from client strategy to business decisions. Interns will have the opportunity to engage with various functions depending on the studio's needs, gaining practical experience in different aspects of the business.

## Responsibilities - Work directly with the founder on client strategy, business development, and studio operations. - Help prepare client-facing proposals, agreements, and strategy documents. - Support outreach to prospective clients and manage parts of the pipeline. - Assist with reviewing content quality across client accounts before it is published. - Take ownership of small projects from research through delivery.

## Qualifications - Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain context across several client accounts simultaneously. - Comfortable working independently in a remote setup. - Excellent written communication skills. - Interest in personal branding, business strategy, or founder-led operations. - Prior exposure to a startup, agency, or client-facing environment is a plus. - Currently enrolled in a relevant educational program or recent graduates.

## Preferred Skills - Familiarity with social media marketing and content creation. - Experience in client management tools or platforms. - Understanding of digital marketing strategies.

## Experience No specific years of experience are required; however, prior exposure to a relevant environment (startups, agencies, etc.) is a plus.

## Environment This is a remote internship position, allowing flexibility in working hours and the opportunity to work from home.

## Salary Stipend offered ranges from Rs 5,000 to Rs 10,000 per month, based on scope and output.
