Founder's Office Intern

## Job Summary The Founder's Office Intern will engage in various functions across the company, contributing to critical operational tasks from day one. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with the Founders and take on significant responsibilities that drive the company forward.

## Responsibilities - Run the pipelines: Source candidates, manage outreach and scheduling, and maintain tracker hygiene to ensure an efficient hiring process. - Set up processes: Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), trackers, dashboards, and AI automations to improve efficiency and systematize operations. - Ship experiments: Oversee the planning and execution of outreach batches, logistics for events, and manage content operations. - Enhance assets: Create and refine marketing collateral such as product videos, decks, one-pagers, and help guides to ensure content remains high quality and up-to-date. - Address dynamic needs: Undertake research, develop dashboards, create internal automations, and prepare investor materials for varying weekly demands.

## Qualifications - Education: Currently in the final year of college, pursuing any stream. - Skills: - Strong bias to action, capable of quickly producing first drafts and executing tasks. - Proficiency with AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and other automation tools. - Demonstrated ownership and initiative in previous projects or roles. - Ability to adapt and context-switch efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

## Preferred Skills - Experience with (or a personal interest in) side projects, clubs, or community initiatives. - Previous exposure to startup environments.

## Experience - While specific years of experience are not required, relevant internship or project experience in operations or marketing would be advantageous.

## Environment - This is a full-time in-office internship based in Bengaluru, specifically in HSR Layout. The role requires presence six days a week.

## Salary - Competitive stipend in the range of ₹30,000 to ₹40,000 per month.
