## Job Summary The Marketing Specialist will collaborate directly with the founder and core marketing team on hands-on projects for international clients. This role encompasses creating and executing strategies for branding, marketing, sales, and lead generation, thereby contributing to the overall success of the organization.

## Responsibilities - Collaborate with the marketing team to execute effective digital marketing strategies. - Develop and implement Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies to increase online visibility. - Engage in performance marketing initiatives to drive measurable results. - Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns to enhance brand reach. - Manage public relations and communication efforts to maintain the company’s positive image. - Foster community engagement through various marketing channels.

## Qualifications - Proven experience in Digital Marketing and Branding. - Strong knowledge of SEO practices and performance marketing techniques. - Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively. - Experience with influencer marketing and community management. - Familiarity with PR strategies and effective communication. - Educational qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

## Preferred Skills - Experience in AI technologies or automation solutions. - Familiarity with analytics tools to assess campaign performance. - Ability to think creatively and work in a fast-paced environment.
