Senior Supply Chain Manager (m/w/d)

Deine Rolle:

  • Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung der standortübergreifenden Supply-Chain-Prozesse in unseren europäischen Werken
  • Verantwortung für Kapazitätsplanung, Engpassmanagement sowie die Optimierung von Auslastung und Produktionsplanung
  • Koordination des Demand- und Supply-Plannings zur Sicherstellung einer hohen Lieferfähigkeit und Forecast-Qualität
  • Analyse relevanter SCM-Kennzahlen (z. B. OTIF, Bestände, Servicegrad und Kapazitätsauslastung) sowie Ableitung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
  • Durchführung von Performance-Reviews und Erstellung von Reports sowie Entscheidungsvorlagen für das Management
  • Leitung und Mitarbeit in internationalen SCM-Projekten, beispielsweise bei Werksverlagerungen, Produktions-Transfers und Prozessoptimierungen
  • Weiterentwicklung und Standardisierung von Planungs-, Reporting- und S&OP-Prozessen
  • Unterstützung bei der Einführung und Optimierung von SAP- und BI-Lösungen
  • Fachliche Führung, Coaching und Vernetzung der SCM-Verantwortlichen an den europäischen Standorten
  • Vertretung des Head of Supply Chain Management

Dein Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft, Supply Chain Management oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Supply Chain Management eines produzierenden Unternehmens
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Produktionsplanung, Kapazitätsplanung sowie S&OP-Prozessen
  • Erfahrung in der Leitung und Umsetzung bereichsübergreifender Projekte
  • Kenntnisse moderner Supply-Chain-Planungsmethoden sowie ERP- und APS-Systeme
  • Sehr gute SAP-Kenntnisse
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office sowie Business-Intelligence-Tools
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine hohe Zahlenaffinität
  • Hohe Kommunikations- und Moderationskompetenz
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative und ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Europas
