The posting

As a Duty Management Intern, you are a familiar face throughout the hotel, as you closely monitor everything that happens on a daily basis. You are closely involved with the Front Office team and step in whenever needed. During your internship, you will learn everything about safety procedures, complaint handling, and room-related issues. It is a versatile and dynamic internship in which you will take on a wide range of responsibilities and work independently as an all‑rounder.

Because of the dynamic work environment, every day is different — and that is exactly what makes this internship so enjoyable. No matter how varied your days are, one thing always remains the same: you ensure that every guest leaves with a satisfied feeling. And of course, that you do as well! Can you give our guests an unforgettable stay?

Please note: this vacancy is for internships that start in January/February 2027

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
