The posting

As a Guest Relations Officer you are the calling card of the Leonardo Royal Hotel Amsterdam. You are responsible for monitoring, analyzing and mainly optimizing guest satisfaction. Together with the Front Office team, you have an overview of which guests arrive and are welcomed every day. You like to pamper VIP guests extra and you know better than anyone how to do that! You work closely with the Front Office team and of course you help them when necessary so that everything runs smoothly.

In addition, you deal with reviews on a daily basis. Every review matters, and you know it! By posting the right comments and taking next steps, you can ensure that guests have an unconditional stay. They have to come back like this! You also take on some administrative tasks such as making schedules and ensure proper complaint handling.

The newest hotel of our company is located directly at the Overamstel metro station. The location of this 4-star superior hotel is ideal: 5 minutes from the Zuidas and the RAI, 10 minutes from the city center and 20 minutes from Schiphol Airport. The hotel has 18 floors and 490 rooms with a fresh, innovative design and high quality modern equipment. The 1,200 square meters of conference space is spread over 11 meeting rooms and a gigantic ballroom; the perfect location for large events and conferences! Leonardo Royal Hotel Amsterdam is the largest hotel of the entire Leonardo company in Europe. WHAT MAKES YOU THE PERFECT ADDITION TO OUR TEAM?

  • You have completed a hospitality-related course and are ready for your first job or have comparable experience;
  • You are eager to learn and looking for a challenge;
  • You are representative and administratively strong;
  • You speak fluent Dutch and sufficient English.
