TECHNICAL ENGINEER

Jij bent een echte doener die niet terugdeinst voor een uitdaging. Vuile handen zijn voor jou geen probleem en je lost graag alles op. Daarnaast ben jij een geboren leider die diens team weet te motiveren en te coachen naar succes. Het Leonardo Hotel Hengelo City Center zoekt namelijk een nieuwe Technical Engineer, en jij zou wel eens de perfecte match kunnen zijn!

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het soepel uitvoeren van het onderhoudsplan en -programma van ons hotel. Externe leveranciers en aannemers weten jou te vinden, en jij bent bekend met onze eigen onderhoudsprogramma's. Preventief onderhoud is jouw passie en jij zorgt ervoor dat onze installaties en openbare ruimtes altijd in topconditie verkeren. En als er een storing optreedt, ben jij er als de kippen bij om deze efficiënt op te lossen en ervoor te zorgen dat onze gasten blijven genieten van hun verblijf.

Naast het leiden van het TD-team ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het inkopen en beheren van alle materialen en onderhoudsartikelen voor de technische afdeling. Ook zorg jij voor het energiebeheer en houd je alle benodigde certificaten en vergunningen up-to-date. Kortom, een veelzijdige en uitdagende functie waarin jij echt het verschil kunt maken!

Leonardo Hotel Hengelo City Center is een modern hotel in het hart van Hengelo, op loopafstand van het centraal station. Dankzij de centrale ligging, comfortabele kamers en goede voorzieningen is het hotel ideaal voor zowel zakelijke gasten als leisure stays.

WIE BEN JIJ?

  • Jij bent een probleemoplosser pur sang met een 'can-do' mentaliteit. Als er een uitdaging is, sta jij te popelen om die aan te gaan en de klus te klaren.
  • Jij bent een technische duizendpoot en hebt een brede kennis van verschillende installaties en onderhoudswerkzaamheden.
  • Jouw MBO-diploma in de techniek is een bewijs van jouw passie voor technische uitdagingen.
  • Met ten minste vijf jaar leiderschapservaring binnen een technische afdeling ben jij niet bang om de touwtjes in handen te nemen.
  • Jij bent een no-nonsense aanpakker die van doorpakken weet. Leiding nemen zit in jouw DNA en je hebt een natuurlijk talent om gemakkelijk contact te leggen met mensen.
  • Als de vlam in de pan slaat, sta jij stevig in je schoenen. Onder druk weet jij je hoofd koel te houden en vind je zelfs in de meest uitdagende situaties oplossingen.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands.
