Vill du arbeta med varierande projekt inom styr, el och automation där du får ta stort eget ansvar och driva projekt från start till mål? Vi söker nu en erfaren projektledare inom styr och automation som vill bli en viktig del av teamet hos Ebes Ventilation i Västerås.

I rollen ansvarar du för att leda projekt där styr- och elkraftanläggningar levereras, från order till överlämning. Arbetet passar dig som har god teknisk förståelse, är strukturerad och trivs med att ta ansvar för projektens genomförande, ekonomi och kundrelationer.

Om rollen

Som projektledare inom styr och automation hos Ebes Ventilation ansvarar du för projekt inom styr- och elkraftanläggningar. Det kan handla om allt från ställverk, motorstyrcentraler och kopplingsskåp till PLC-system och driftsättning.

Du ansvarar för att planera, leda och följa upp projekten och ser till att arbetet genomförs enligt tidplan, budget och kvalitetskrav. Du har även ansvar för arbetsmiljö och att gällande lagar och standarder följs.

Du har löpande kontakt med kunder och leverantörer och samordnar arbetet mellan konstruktion, inköp, tillverkning, programmering, montage och idrifttagning.

Eftersom rollen innebär ett samlat ansvar för projektens genomförande söker vi dig som är strukturerad, kommunikativ och lösningsorienterad. Du har förmågan att fatta beslut, hantera avvikelser och driva projekten framåt med fokus på kvalitet, ekonomi och goda kundrelationer.

Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter

  • Leda projekt från orderstart till slutleverans och garantiuppföljning.
  • Upprätta och följa upp projektplaner, tidplaner, budgetar och resursplaner.
  • Hantera ÄTA, ändringsorder och avvikelser.
  • Samordna konstruktion, inköp, tillverkning, programmering, montage och idrifttagning.
  • Vara huvudkontakt för kunder och leverantörer.
  • Driva risk- och kvalitetsarbete samt säkerställa dokumentation, exempelvis elscheman, tekniska filer, FAT/SAT-protokoll och manualer.
  • Ansvara för ekonomisk uppföljning, fakturaplaner och prognoser.
  • Säkerställa att gällande lagar och standarder följs.

Vi söker dig som har

Utbildning och erfarenhet

  • Gymnasie- eller högskoleingenjörsutbildning inom elkraft, automation eller motsvarande kunskaper genom arbetslivserfarenhet.
  • Minst 3–5 års erfarenhet av projektledning inom styr, automation eller elkraft.
  • Dokumenterad erfarenhet av att leda projekt med budgetansvar.
  • Erfarenhet av projekt inom industri, energi, VA, fastighet eller process.
  • Erfarenhet av internationella leveranser.

Teknisk kompetens

  • God förståelse för styr- och elkraftteknik samt elscheman, exempelvis EPLAN.
  • Kännedom om relevanta regelverk såsom maskindirektivet, lågspänningsdirektivet, EMC, CE-märkning, SS-EN 61439 och elsäkerhetslagen.
  • Förståelse för PLC-baserade system och kommunikationsnät.
  • Erfarenhet av FAT och SAT.
  • Elbehörighet eller formell elsäkerhetsutbildning.
  • Kunskap om ISO 9001, 14001 och 45001.

Projektkompetens

  • Kunskap om projektmetodik, exempelvis PMI, IPMA, Prince2 eller motsvarande.
  • Certifiering inom projektledning, exempelvis PMP, IPMA nivå C eller liknande.
  • Vana vid kalkylering, tidplanering och riskanalys.
  • God ekonomisk förståelse och vana att arbeta med projektuppföljning.
  • Erfarenhet av upphandling och avtalsförhandling.
  • Kunskap om Lean och kontinuerligt förbättringsarbete.

Övriga krav

  • Flytande svenska i tal och skrift.
  • B-körkort.
  • Vana att arbeta i projektverktyg och affärssystem.
