Vi söker partners och konsulter för uppdrag hos våra kunder

Edge of Talent hjälper företag förflytta verksamhet, organisation och kompetens dit de vill. En central del av det är att sätta rätt person på plats för att driva förflyttningen — som konsult, interim eller anställd.

Nu utökar vi vårt nätverk av partners och underkonsulter som kan gå ut i uppdrag under Edge of Talent— inom det vi kallar Interim & Consulting och Organisation & Transformation.

Vem vi söker

Du har erfarenhet av att arbeta med organisationer och organisationsförändring, någonstans i skärningspunkten mellan HR tech, HR och förändringsledning/managementkonsulting med inriktning organisation.

Erfarenhet och bakgrund

  • Flera års erfarenhet av organisationsutveckling, förändringsledning eller HR-relaterad transformation
  • Bakgrund som exempelvis interimschef inom HR/organisation, managementkonsult med organisationsfokus, eller från HR tech där du arbetat nära verksamhetens organisatoriska behov
  • Van vid att röra dig mellan strategisk nivå (ledningsgrupp) och operativt genomförande — inte bara analys och rekommendation
  • Erfarenhet av att navigera förändring kopplad till AI eller ny teknik, ur ett organisations- och kompetensperspektiv snarare än ett rent tekniskt

Arbetssätt

  • Van vid att diagnostisera det verkliga behovet bakom en förfrågan, inte bara leverera på en färdig kravspecifikation
  • Kan röra dig i hela kedjan från att förstå ett förändringsbehov till att organisationen faktiskt förändras — eller är tydlig med var i kedjan din styrka ligger
  • Kommer med en hypotes eller rekommendation, inte bara frågor
  • Trygg i att representera en uppdragsgivare professionellt hos kund — du blir Edge i uppdraget, inte en fristående röst

Personliga egenskaper

  • Ärlig: säger det du ser, även när det är obekvämt eller utmanar kundens egen bild
  • Modig: vågar utmana en orealistisk kravbild eller föreslå något annat än det som efterfrågats
  • Affärsmässig: kopplar arbetet till effekt, risk, tid och ekonomi — inte bara metod

Meriterande

  • Erfarenhet av nedskärning/omorganisation, inte bara tillväxtresor
  • Egna referenscase gärna inom offentlig sektor
  • Egen ledarerfarenhet
