Job Title: RPA Developer Experience: 1–5 Years Job Type: Full-Time Work Mode: Hybrid Salary: $75,000–$145,000 per year Locations: Dallas, TX | Chicago, IL | Atlanta, GA | New York, NY

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled RPA Developer with experience in robotic process automation to design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and Python to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain RPA bots and automation workflows.
  • Build automation solutions using UiPath and Automation Anywhere.
  • Use Python scripting to enhance automation capabilities.
  • Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
  • Integrate RPA solutions with APIs, databases, and enterprise applications.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize automation workflows.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and technical teams.
  • Prepare technical documentation and ensure automation quality.

Required Skills

  • 1–5 years of experience in RPA development or automation.
  • Hands-on knowledge of UiPath and/or Automation Anywhere.
  • Programming and scripting skills in Python.
  • Understanding of APIs, SQL, databases, and web technologies.
  • Knowledge of exception handling, debugging, and workflow optimization.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • UiPath or Automation Anywhere certification.
  • Experience with enterprise process automation and attended/unattended bots.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and version control tools.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
