Als Implementation Lead binnen ons Support Team werk je aan kleinere projecten en uiteenlopende technische vraagstukken binnen een echte supportcontext. Je doet daarbij veel meer dan alleen code schrijven. Je analyseert problemen, denkt mee over de meest geschikte oplossing en neemt ownership van development tot oplevering, en helpt minder ervaren collega’s waar nodig. De focus ligt op het ontwerpen, ontwikkelen, onderhouden en testen van software, gecombineerd met troubleshooting en rechtstreeks klantencontact.

  • Je ontwikkelt en onderhoudt oplossingen binnen onze CE-omgeving.
  • Je werkt voornamelijk aan kleinere projecten en developmentvraagstukken binnen het Support Team.
  • Je vertaalt functionele behoeften naar robuuste en duurzame technische oplossingen.
  • Je analyseert technische problemen, gaat op zoek naar de oorzaak en werkt structurele oplossingen uit.
  • Je neemt ownership over je taken en projecten en bewaakt zelfstandig de voortgang van development tot oplevering.
  • Je staat rechtstreeks in contact met klanten wanneer dat nodig is en vertaalt hun behoeften naar concrete technische oplossingen.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega's binnen Support en Development.
  • Je draagt bij aan kwalitatieve, onderhoudbare en goed gedocumenteerde software.
