Als Senior Microsoft 365 Application Consultant | Modern Workplace help je organisaties om hun digitale werkplek slimmer, eenvoudiger en aangenamer te maken. Je combineert stevige Microsoft 365-expertise met consultancy: je luistert, stelt de juiste vragen, adviseert klanten en vertaalt hun manier van werken naar oplossingen die in de praktijk echt het verschil maken.

Je beweegt vlot tussen analyse en discovery, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Microsoft 365-governance, migratie, adoptie en eindgebruikerstraining. Ook nieuwe mogelijkheden zoals Microsoft Copilot en AI neem je mee wanneer ze een concrete meerwaarde bieden.

Jouw rol als senior microsoft 365 application consultant

  • Je leidt analyse- en discoveryworkshops en brengt samen met klanten hun processen, uitdagingen en behoeften helder in kaart
  • Je adviseert klanten over de inrichting en optimalisatie van hun Microsoft 365- en Modern Workplace-omgeving, met aandacht voor gebruiksgemak en duurzame keuzes
  • Je ontwerpt en structureert oplossingen binnen Microsoft Teams en SharePoint die aansluiten bij hoe organisaties samenwerken en informatie beheren
  • Je begeleidt Microsoft 365-governance en datamigraties en helpt klanten structuur te brengen in hun digitale werkomgeving. Governance, migraties en inrichting van Teams en SharePoint behoren tot de bestaande MWA-werking
  • Je vertaalt bedrijfsnoden zelfstandig naar concrete Microsoft 365-oplossingen en durft klanten te adviseren en te challengen wanneer je kansen voor verbetering ziet
  • Je begeleidt adoptie en change door eindgebruikers mee te nemen via workshops en trainingen rond onder andere Teams, digitaal samenwerken en Microsoft Copilot

Wat breng je mee?

  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen Microsoft 365, Modern Workplace of digitale werkplekoplossingen
  • Je hebt ruime praktijkervaring met Microsoft Teams en SharePoint en weet hoe je deze platformen inzet voor samenwerking en informatiebeheer
  • Je hebt ervaring met klantworkshops, requirementsanalyse of discovery en kunt behoeften zelfstandig omzetten naar duidelijke oplossingen
  • Je combineert technische expertise met een sterk consultancyprofiel: je adviseert, stelt kritische vragen en maakt complexe mogelijkheden begrijpelijk voor verschillende stakeholders
  • Je voelt je comfortabel met verantwoordelijkheid en ownership en kunt zelfstandig een klantvraagstuk van analyse naar een werkbare oplossing brengen
  • Je schakelt vlot tussen verschillende klanten en projecten en zoekt actief de samenwerking met collega's wanneer aanvullende expertise een oplossing sterker maakt
  • Je hebt interesse in Microsoft Copilot, AI en automatisering en kijkt vooral naar hoe deze technologie concrete waarde kan creëren voor gebruikers en organisaties
  • Je werkt graag dicht bij klanten en bent bereid om workshops, trainingen en andere werkzaamheden waar nodig op locatie te begeleiden. Het bestaande MWA-profiel voorziet expliciet in zelfstandig en on-site klantwerk
