Als Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant doorgrondt je hoe een organisatie werkt, je stelt de juiste vragen en durft klanten uit te dagen wanneer je ziet dat het slimmer kan. Vanuit jouw ervaring vertaal je complexe businessvraagstukken naar doordachte oplossingen binnen Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement. Je neemt inhoudelijk ownership over je projecten, bewaakt de kwaliteit van de oplossing en bent voor klanten en collega’s een sterke sparringpartner.

Jouw rol als Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant

  • Je analyseert complexe bedrijfsprocessen en vertaalt deze naar schaalbare en toekomstgerichte oplossingen binnen Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
  • Je adviseert klanten over de beste aanpak en durft vanuit jouw expertise alternatieven voor te stellen wanneer die meer waarde opleveren
  • Je bent inhoudelijk betrokken bij het volledige implementatietraject: van analyse en solution design tot configuratie, go-live en verdere optimalisatie
  • Je configureert en optimaliseert toepassingen binnen Sales, Customer Service en Marketing en bewaakt daarbij de samenhang en kwaliteit van de oplossing
  • Je stemt af met verschillende stakeholders bij de klant en weet technische mogelijkheden helder te vertalen naar de business
  • Je speelt een actieve rol tijdens pre-salestrajecten en helpt complexe klantvragen te vertalen naar een passende oplossing
  • Bij complexe functionele of technische vraagstukken ben je een inhoudelijk aanspreekpunt voor klanten en collega’s
  • Op grotere projecten werk je nauw samen met andere consultants en technische experts. Je deelt actief jouw kennis en helpt minder ervaren collega’s verder

Wat breng je mee?

  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring met Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement en bent sterk vertrouwd met Sales, Customer Service en/of Marketing
  • Je hebt meerdere Dynamics 365 CE-implementaties van analyse tot go-live meegemaakt en weet wat nodig is om een oplossing ook op langere termijn werkbaar te houden
  • Je hebt sterke kennis van configuratie, workflows, dashboards en rapportering binnen Dynamics 365 CE
  • Je hebt ervaring met het Microsoft Power Platform, waaronder Power Automate en Power Apps. Kennis van Power BI is een plus
  • Complexe businessvragen en een grote verscheidenheid aan projecten vormen voor jou geen probleem maar een uitdaging die je met volle zin aangaat
  • Je bent comfortabel in gesprekken met verschillende stakeholders en kunt klanten adviseren en challengen vanuit jouw expertise
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor inhoudelijke keuzes en bewaakt kwaliteit, scope en gemaakte afspraken
  • Je deelt graag kennis met collega’s en vindt het vanzelfsprekend om minder ervaren consultants mee te nemen in jouw expertise
  • Je volgt ontwikkelingen binnen het Microsoft-ecosysteem actief en vertaalt relevante nieuwe mogelijkheden naar kansen voor klanten
