Edmond Hyundai | Service Department | Edmond, Oklahoma

Edmond Hyundai is looking for a friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused Customer Experience Associate to join our Service Department!

If you enjoy talking with people, providing exceptional customer service, and making sure customers have a great experience, we want to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities

  • Make follow-up phone calls to customers after their service visits.
  • Ensure customers are satisfied with their service experience.
  • Ask customers about their visit and address any concerns professionally.
  • Document customer feedback accurately in our systems.
  • Communicate customer concerns to the appropriate service manager or team member for follow-up.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Represent Edmond Hyundai with a friendly, professional, and positive attitude on every call.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication and phone skills.
  • Friendly, positive, and professional personality.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Good listening skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using computers and documenting customer interactions.
  • Ability to handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism.
  • Previous customer service, call center, automotive, or dealership experience is a plus.
