ECM Projektsteuerung: Unser Multiprojektmanagement bewegt sich in heterogenen Systemlandschaften: unterschiedliche ERP-Systemen (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor oder weitere), Schnittstellen sowie ECM-/Digitalisierungslösungen in On-Premises-, Hybrid- oder Cloud-Umgebungen werden im Team abgedeckt.

Beratung & Umsetzungskonzepte: Gemeinsam mit unseren Consultants berätst du Kund:innen ganzheitlich zur optimalen Nutzung von Systemen, Prozessen und digitalen Lösungen. Dabei verstehst du schnell die Anforderungen deiner Kund:innen, strukturierst sie und leitest passgenaue Umsetzungskonzepte ab und sorgst dafür, dass Projektziele realistisch, nachvollziehbar und erreichbar bleiben.

Projektorganisation: Du planst, steuerst und überwachst parallele Projekte in Jira und Confluence – inklusive effizienter Allokation von internen Ressourcen. Bei Bedarf bindest du externe Dienstleister ein und stellst eine saubere Einsatzplanung sicher.

Transparenz & Reporting: Du etablierst ein belastbares Projekt-Reporting und sorgst für eine vollständige, nachvollziehbare Projektdokumentation – intern wie extern. Du bereitest Projektmeetings vor, moderierst sie und stellst eine klare Nachbereitung inklusive Aufgaben- und Maßnahmen-Tracking sicher.

Qualitätssteuerung: Du identifizierst Projektrisiken, bewertest sie systematisch und leitest proaktiv Gegenmaßnahmen ein. Dabei hast du Termine, Budgets, Qualitätsstandards und Compliance-Vorgaben konsequent im Blick.

Abrechnung & Controlling: Du kontrollierst und optimierst Projektauslastung und Wirtschaftlichkeit, verantwortest die Projektabrechnung (inkl. externer Leistungen) und klärst Kundenfragen zu Leistungen, Abrechnung oder Projektinhalten.

Vertriebsunterstützung: Du unterstützt Vertriebs- und Presales-Aktivitäten durch fachliche Expertise, Projektinformationen und Kundenpräsentationen – und hilfst, aus Bedarfen tragfähige Projektansätze zu machen.

Dein Background

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Projektleitung und im Multiprojektmanagement, idealerweise in einem IT-/Digitalisierungs- oder ECM/DMS-nahen Umfeld
  • Erfahrung in der Steuerung komplexer Projekte mit internen (z. B. Consulting, Entwicklung, Operations) und externen (Kunden-Fachteams und Partner) Stakeholdern.
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Projektmanagement-Methoden und -Frameworks
  • Sicher im Umgang mit Ressourcenplanung, Budgetkontrolle, Projektabrechnung und Controlling
  • Analytisches Denken, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und starke Fähigkeiten in Risiko-, Qualitäts- und Erwartungsmanagement
  • Gute Kenntnisse und Spaß an der Nutzung von kollaborativen Projekt-Tools wie Jira und Confluence
  • Hohe Beratungskompetenz zur Umsetzung digitaler Lösungen in On-Premises-, Hybrid- und Cloud-Szenarien
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1)
