Deine Aufgaben

  • Erstellung, Aufbereitung und Pflege von Präsentationen, Übersichten, Berichten und Entscheidungsvorlagen
  • Pflege von Ablagestrukturen, Verteilern, Kontaktdaten und teambezogenen Dokumentationen
  • Unterstützung bei Bestellungen, Rechnungsprüfung, Kostenübersichten und administrativen Prozessen
  • Koordination des Onboardings neuer Teammitglieder sowie Unterstützung bei organisatorischen Ein- und Austrittsprozessen
  • Pflege von Team- und Abwesenheitskalendern sowie Abstimmung von Vertretungsregelungen mit anderen Assistenzen im Bereich
  • Selbstständige Priorisierung und Koordination administrativer Vorgänge im vereinbarten Rahmen; Treffen organisatorischer Entscheidungen, Steuerung von Fristen und rechtzeitige Eskalation von Zielkonflikten oder sensiblen Sachverhalten an die Führungskraft
  • Eigenständige Übernahme kleinerer organisatorischer Projekte und kontinuierliche Verbesserung administrativer Abläufe

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung in einer Assistenz-, Office-Management- oder vergleichbaren administrativen Funktion, idealerweise mehrjährig und in einem Konzern- oder Unternehmensumfeld
  • Erfahrung mit Termin-, Reise- und Veranstaltungsorganisation
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sorgfältiger und verantwortungsvoller Umgang mit vertraulichen Informationen
