Atua na venda e locação de roupas e acessórios, proporcionando um atendimento de excelência aos clientes, garantindo a satisfação e fidelização, além de contribuir para a organização e funcionamento da loja.

● Realiza atendimento ao público e efetua as vendas;

● Acompanha o cliente na prova das peças, em conjunto com a Auxiliar de Consultora, anotando as medidas na ficha da oficina;

● Acompanha o cliente na retirada da peça, assegurando que todos os ajustes pré-estabelecidos foram realizados;

● Verifica as peças que serão retiradas no dia, e separa os acessórios, quando houver;

● Organiza a arara de entrega por ordem alfabética, separando por gênero;

● Verifica o estado de conservação das capas de proteção e faz a troca, quando necessário;

● Certifica-se que o cliente não tem dúvidas quanto ao processo de aluguel e aos ajustes;

● Realiza pós-venda;

● Verifica se as medidas foram passadas corretamente;

● Encaminha as peças da semana para a oficina, dentro do prazo, para realização de ajustes;

● Comunica à gerência, com antecedência de 48h, quando não há localização de peças;

● Solicita à Gerência a alteração da referência no sistema ao entrar com a peça, caso necessário;

● Quando as peças retornam da passadeira, as insere de volta à loja;

● Recepciona a devolução das peças alugadas, verificando zíperes, alças, bainhas, entre outros;

● Organiza a sessão de sua responsabilidade, atualizando a disposição conforme periodicidade determinada;

● Mantém o salão de vendas arrumado, pronto para o atendimento;

● Lança, diariamente, sua meta individual de vendas no grupo de WhatsApp da equipe, no início do expediente;

● Solicita autorização da oficina, prazo e horário nos aluguéis da mesma semana;

● Auxilia na recepção da loja;

● Auxilia na emissão de contratos de locação;

Realiza a troca das peças da vitrine.
